- Services. Zehnhoi Gunogun provides consulting, strengths assessments, training and learning materials. The test and assessments are meant for getting to know a person and for conversation; they are not a psychological or medical diagnosis or an intelligence test.
- Account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your password secret. We recommend turning on two-factor authentication. If you suspect someone has gained access to your account, change your password and let us know.
- Bookings. A time slot is reserved for you once it is confirmed. For paid services, the slot is held until the payment deadline and released if payment is not received.
- Payment. Prices are shown on the site. Payment is made by bank transfer or on the bank's secure page. A booking is confirmed once payment is received.
- Cancellations and refunds. You can cancel a booking in your account until the free cancellation deadline shown on the booking page. If you have already paid, the amount is refunded in full or a new time is offered. [Define the refund rule for late cancellations.]
- Subscription. A subscription runs for the paid period (a month or a year) from the day the payment arrives and does not renew automatically: we send a reminder seven days before the end. Unpaid orders are cancelled after 14 days. The number of written consultations and other features are listed in the plan description. - Reports and materials. Reports are for your personal use. The articles, tests and materials on the site are the property of Zehnhoi Gunogun and may not be republished without permission.
- Liability. We give recommendations knowledgeably and honestly but cannot guarantee a particular outcome. Decisions about education and health remain yours; where necessary, consult a qualified specialist.
- Changes. We may change these terms; the new version will be published on this page.
