We knock before we enter and ask before we take.

What each week contains

A value of the week

Honesty, patience, kindness, responsibility and more: 52 values for a whole year, in a clear order.

A family talk

Questions to discuss at dinner or before bed, and a tip for parents on how to show the value by example.

Activities for every age

Two activities for each age group (2–6, 7–11, 12–18) that work through different intelligences: words, logic, pictures, movement, music, nature, people and self-reflection.

A verse and a hadith

Each value is linked to a Qur'an verse and a hadith with exact sources. Parents can switch this part off in the settings.

Activities by age

Activities are chosen by the year of birth of each child in your account.

2–6 years

Play and discover

Movement, songs, pictures and simple games. A parent leads and the child explores.

7–11 years

Stories and small projects

Stories, counting, drawing plans and interviews with family members.

12–18 years

Thinking for themselves

Discussions, journals, real projects and planning, with respect for a teenager's independence.
