When we work together, hard jobs get easier and the joy is doubled.
Why it matters
In a family, at school and at work, many goals can only be reached together. Cooperation teaches a child to listen to others, share out the work, take turns and celebrate shared success. A child who has learned teamwork at home finds it easier to find their place in any new group.
