Being a good neighbour
A neighbour nearby is better than a relative far away — so let's be good neighbours ourselves.
Why it matters
Neighbours live beside us every day and are often the first to help on a hard day. When a child sees their family greeting neighbours, taking them a plate of food and helping older people, they learn that caring doesn't stop at the front door. Life in a neighbourhood like that is safer and warmer for everyone.
