Week 31 · Relationships

Greetings and good manners

A warm greeting and a kind word bring hearts closer.

Why it matters

A greeting is the first step in any conversation: it tells a person they have been noticed and valued. The words 'please', 'thank you' and 'sorry' make everyday life warmer and prevent small quarrels. Children learn good manners not from lectures but from the way adults speak to them and to each other.
